Key Responsibilities:
Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Deliver developmentally appropriate instruction in reading, writing, math, and social studies
Foster social-emotional growth through positive classroom management
Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to ensure student success
Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
Valid teaching certification for Elementary/Primary grades
Experience with early childhood or primary education preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A nurturing, patient, and creative teaching approach
