Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

• Deliver developmentally appropriate instruction in reading, writing, math, and social studies

• Foster social-emotional growth through positive classroom management

• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to ensure student success

• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

• Valid teaching certification for Elementary/Primary grades

• Experience with early childhood or primary education preferred

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• A nurturing, patient, and creative teaching approach
